Scope and controller
This policy applies to genzetaclips.com and its regional editions. Genzeta Clips publishes editorial information about hip-hop, artist profiles and a concert calendar. The data controller is the editor identified above. Contact genzetadigital@gmail.com with privacy questions or rights requests; the official social profiles in the footer provide another way to reach the project.
Data, purposes and legal bases
- Delivery and security: our hosting provider receives the technical information needed to serve the website, such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser and error logs. This supports delivery, abuse prevention and incident resolution, based on the legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.
- Optional analytics: Google Analytics 4 measures visits and interactions, including ticket-link clicks. Its measurement library loads only after you accept analytics. Consent is the legal basis; you can withdraw it through “Analytics preferences”. A click does not prove a purchase or paid commission.
- Advertising: when AdSense enables ad serving, Google and its partners may process device identifiers, browsing information and ad interactions. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this website and other websites. Advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalise ads based on those visits. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google’s CMP collects applicable advertising choices under the TCF. You can consent, reject or manage options, and revisit “Advertising preferences”.
- Enquiries: if you contact us, we process the information you provide to answer and handle your request. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. The legal basis depends on the enquiry: handling your request, consent where appropriate and compliance with legal obligations.
- Newsletter: we currently offer no subscription form. If you used the former inactive form, your address was stored only in your browser and was not sent to a server. Clear this site’s browser storage to remove it. A future newsletter service will require its own information and consent.
Providers and external services
The hosting provider is identified above. Google provides Analytics and AdSense. Advertising providers and purposes appear in the CMP’s partner list; see also Google’s ad technology provider information.
Fonts are served from this domain. External artist images, album covers and requested YouTube playback may disclose your IP and technical information to their providers. The shorts player uses youtube-nocookie.com and opens when you request a video. See the policies of Google, YouTube, Deezer and Apple.
Following a ticket, affiliate or social link takes you to another service with its own policy. Ticket providers handle availability, purchases, payments, delivery and refunds. We do not receive your card details. Impact and affiliate networks may attribute sales and commissions under their conditions: Impact, TicketNetwork and Fever.
Retention and international transfers
This implementation retains your analytics choice and first-party analytics cookies for at most six months. Addresses saved by the inactive newsletter form stay in your browser until you remove the site’s storage. Enquiries are retained as needed to resolve them and, where applicable, for legally required periods. Technical logs and third-party data follow their services’ retention periods and criteria; Analytics data follows the property’s retention configuration.
Some providers may process information outside the EEA. Review the countries, entities and applicable mechanisms in their policies and Google’s transfer safeguards. Different providers may use different locations and safeguards.
Choices and rights
You can reject analytics and continue using the calendar and ticket links. Accepting analytics does not grant advertising consent. The footer provides controls to review both choices. You can also disable personalised advertising in Google My Ad Center and review other providers’ options through AboutAds and Your Online Choices.
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent for the future. Contact us with the request without supplying unnecessary identification documents. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Authority or the competent authority where you live. The cookie policy explains the available controls.
Updates
The update date appears above. If changes to purposes or providers require a new choice, we will update the information and request the applicable consent.
