Sueco—born William Henry Victor Schultz in 1997 and also known early on as SuecoTheChild—emerged from Los Angeles with a hybrid approach that never sat still. His 2019 single “Fast” broke through after going viral on TikTok, eventually picking up RIAA platinum certification and earning him a deal with Atlantic Records. That momentum shaped Miscreant (2019), a major-label debut EP carrying the same restless, melodic strain.

His 2021 single “Paralyzed” became his first entry on both the Billboard Hot 100 and Global 200, later going gold, and it pointed toward a broader sonic shift. Alongside a guest spot on Papa Roach’s “Swerve” with Fever 333, he leaned into a pop-punk sound for his debut album It Was Fun While It Lasted (2022). Departed from major-label constraints, the follow-up Attempted Lover (2024) arrived independently and drew general critical praise for being more emotive and mature. A third album, Party’s Over, is scheduled for an October 9, 2026 release.
