Quadeca

Benjamin Lasky, known as Quadeca, was born in 2000 and hails from Los Angeles. He spent his late teens building an online following as the YouTuber QuadecaX8, uploading music and videos. By the early 2020s, after four mixtapes, he had shifted focus toward a more serious artistic trajectory. This path produced his official albums—Voice Memos (2019), From Me To You (2021), and I Didn’t Mean To Haunt You (2022). That transition, away from platform-native content creation and toward album-making, has since been met with critical acclaim, establishing Quadeca as a singer-songwriter, record producer, and rapper.

His discography, however, still makes room for mixtape detours. Scrapyard (2024) arrived with features from Brakence and Kevin Abstract. His fourth studio album, Vanisher, Horizon Scraper (2025), featured Danny Brown, Maruja, and Olēka. With the announced Life 1 expected in 2026, Quadeca continues to move between tightly constructed studio statements and looser releases—an artist shaped by the internet but no longer contained by it.
