Loe Shimmy

Loe Shimmy, born Shamar Williams Cox on March 24, 1999, is an American rapper from Pompano Beach, Florida. His music has been described as having a laid-back sound and a distinctive “wobbly nasal croak”—a voice that turns his verses into something immediately recognizable. Across his projects, he has built a catalog that moves from the Z-titled run of the early 2020s to later, more varied titles, without losing that unhurried delivery. He is best known for his 2025 single “3am” with Don Toliver, which entered the Billboard Hot 100.

Rather than arriving all at once, Loe Shimmy’s rise has been incremental. His discography includes World WAR Z and Zombie Land in 2020, Zuper PowerZ in 2021, and Z end in 2022. In 2024 he released Nardy World, The Z Files, Zombieland 2, and Zombieland 2.6, followed by Rockstar Junkie in 2025 and Pretty Girlz Run The World in 2026. The through-line is consistency and a refusal to sand down his quirks. The wobbly croak isn’t a flaw; it’s the signature that makes a Loe Shimmy track unmistakably his.
