AJ McQueen

Hip-hop / rap

An album route into AJ McQueen: God Body, the voices and interludes of EVERYTHING’S THAT DEEP, and the separate Godbody community project.

Start with recordings and keep the community project separate

AJ McQueen’s recorded catalogue includes God Body (2022) and EVERYTHING’S THAT DEEP (2026). The related Godbody Energy site describes Godbody Weekend as a music, culture and community event created by AJ McQueen. The connection helps identify the artist, while keeping an album, a record label and a community event as different things.

Two album formats to choose from

God Body is an eleven-track reference. The linked EVERYTHING’S THAT DEEP edition contains twenty-three tracks and was released on 19 June 2026 through God Body Records. Start with the earlier album if you want a shorter sequence, or choose the later release if its listed guests offer a familiar route in.

For a three-stop introduction to the 2026 record, try ART OF YOU, 90’S FINE with DAVESTATEOFMIND and Akeem Ali, and PEACE OF ME with Bee Honey. They sit at different points in the album and give you named solo and collaborative references without treating the guest list as a band line-up.

The short tracks are part of the structure

The track listing explicitly labels IM DONE. and GET OFF YOUR Ass ! as voicemails and FOCUSING ON ME as a conversation. Keep those in a first full listen. A twenty-three-track count does not mean twenty-three conventional songs of equal length.

Ask what happens when a voicemail ends and the next recording begins. Does it change the subject, create a pause or connect two ideas? Note the sequence that supports your interpretation. This lets you discuss the album’s structure without presenting the narrator’s every line as a biographical fact about the artist.

Follow one connection further

If 90’S FINE draws you towards its guest voices, continue to Akeem Ali’s profile and the Keemy Casanova route. If the community connection interests you, read the Godbody source as its own project. Neither an event description nor a song title establishes measured social outcomes or a current concert schedule.
